DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We hope you have a pleasant experience shopping with Sage Designs LA. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations. Please contact us with any further questions.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and Delivery refers to the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Sage Designs LA after noon on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We offer a 30 day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Your choice. No restocking fees.

No refunds on items returned after 30 days. Only exchange.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please call us toll free at 1-888-427-0777 or send us an email at service@sagedesignsla.com.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. 30 days starts from the day package is received and signed for based on the tracking number.

Please Note: All items must be in their original condition and not damaged, or altered in any shape or form unless done so by Sage Designs L.A. Examples: dents, scratches, engravings.

All custom orders are non refundable unless stated otherwise by us. Ring sizing does not affect the return policy as long as done so by Sage Designs L.A.

FREE RESIZING AND POLISHING

If you order your ring and it is the wrong size, we will resize for free**.

If at any time the jewelry you have ordered from us needs a cleaning, send it in and we will clean it for free. This service is included for all of our fine jewelry and lasts a lifetime.
